Salary: £30,001-£35,705 pro rata per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 15-37 per week (part time or full time)
Responsible to: Head of the Law Centre

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Caseworker or Solicitor who meets or is close to meeting the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) supervisor standard to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll handle a diverse caseload, providing expert advice on a range of immigration matters, including visa applications, deportation and immigration documentation. You’ll work with clients who need compassionate, client-focused support and ensure their cases are managed effectively and in compliance with regulatory and legal aid standards.
