eVisa support referrals

You must obtain your client’s permission before making a referral. Everything you tell us will be treated in absolute confidence and all records are stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre provides free, confidential and impartial advice to support people registering for a UKVI online account and the new eVisa which comes into operation from 1st January 2025.

You can make a referral to the eVisa team for yourself, or on behalf of someone (with their consent), by continuing to our referral form below.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. You will be able to tell us on the form if the issue is urgent.
