From the 1st January 2025 all non-EU residents with a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) or an EU frontier Worker permit will need to register for a UKVI online account to obtain an eVisa, which will be used to provide proof of their immigration status. All clients with EUSS status will already have been issued an eVisa.
North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law centre is a Home Office approved organisation to support vulnerable people to register for a UKVI online account and eVisa.
We can offer the following support:
- Registering for a UKVI Account
- Accessing and viewing their e-Visa
- Generating share codes to prove permissions/ rights
- Updating UKVI account details to ensure accurate contact details, identity documents and status photographs
