Catterick Connection referrals

You must obtain your permission before making a referral on behalf of someone else. Everything you tell us will be treated in absolute confidence and all records are stored securely. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Catterick Connection provides free, confidential and impartial advice to serving personnel, veterans and their families based at and around Catterick Garrison.

We provide a wide range of opportunities to access the service including regular outreach sessions within the Catterick Garrison area, email advice and telephone appointments, and face-to-face appointments at our Richmond office.

You can make a referral to the Catterick Connection team for yourself, or on behalf of someone (with their consent), by continuing to our referral form below.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. You will be able to tell us on the form if the issue is urgent.
